Renaissance wax has a very fine crystalline structure which makes it more water resistant than normal wax. It has a clear finish and is acid free (ph neutral), so will not damage any sensitive materials.
To use, apply with a rag in thin layers. A little bit will go a long way.
Renaissance was can used used on many different types of materials such as wood, steel, marble, paper, leather etc.
